"We needed help with hooking up a PC to a TV set in our house so I could watch Netflix on the big screen. I called to make an appointment and Andrey told me what cable I needed for the connection. When he came to the house he was professional, friendly and very well mannered. We were impressed by how well he knew what he was doing. He hooked up everything and gave us all kinds of tips and hints on how to use the PC with the TV. Since there is a 2 hour limit for house calls, he spent the remaining time tuning up all of our computers (4) and gave us good lessons and tips about certain features and software. This is a great service and I would recommend them to everyone."
