"Terrific service! I "found" them on Yelp, liked the positive comments from others, sent a quick text to verify that he could handle my location and problem. All responses were quick; got an appointment in-home for next morning at 10:30; arrived EXACTLY on time; fixed my problem quickly and then optimized my system and gave me a few pointers. Price was exactly as quoted.
