"I have this all-in-one computer that decided it did not want to work any longer! I was searching on the Internet for someone to repair my computer. I came across PC Emergency and after reading the reviews I decided to give them a call. I called and spoke with Frank and we made arrangements to meet so I could drop off my computer. I explained the problems that I was having with this computer. After checking out my computer the technician explained what the problem was and told me that the motherboard was bad. I ask if he could retrieve my documents from this computer. Frank came to my house and downloaded my documents, pictures and music….I am now a happy camper because I have all of my information and Frank did a outstanding job working with me.
