"Andrey did a series of tests and discovered that the motherboard was bad as a result of me accidently dropping it. He's extremely knowledgeable and asked a series of questions, then went to work. I have recently purchased laptop that required a diagnosis as a result of me dropping it on the floor. The touchpad randomly failed to work, along with KB, and none of my USB ports would respond. To get the laptop to function again, I had to do a hard shutdown. I did a restore to an earlier date, system recovery, and system restore to factory reset. None of these resolved my issue. Andrey ran a series of tests on the HDD (passed) and then discovered that the motherboard was at fault. Since it was dropped, the warranty was voided. However, my insurance company would replace it, provided I had an estimate of repair. Andrey happily obliged. I will definitely return to his business should I require work on my tablet or next computer. Thank you again Andrey."
