"Took my laptop here this past week and was VERY impressed with the service. He did an awesome job explaining things to me, and I'm slow to understand technology lol. Very thorough, professional, speedy, and now my laptop works like it's brand new! Did several extra things to make it run better but kept to his initial quote when I dropped it off.
