"Andrey is great. I had reformatted my hard drive and failed to save all the files I wanted. I figured what I wanted was gone so I moved on. My daughter looked on Yelp and found Emergency PC Services. I called and Andrey said he would try to recover what I thought was lost. He had no promises but about 2 hours later he called me to say he found everything and it was retrievable. I had my computer back in 24 hours with every file retrieved."
