"I cannot rate this business highly enough. Andrey is outstanding. I asked him to install a link from my home laptop to a new wireless printer. He was professional, quick to phone with updates on his progress, but most of all extremely patient with me and the lack of understanding I have for software related issues. He ran into problems during the software installation which turned out to be an outdated router that I was using. Once I provided an updated router, the installation went smoothly. After all the difficulty he experienced, I was only charged the minimum repair cost. You will not find a better technician that Andrey"
