"I've been to Emergency PC Services three times. Once I was charged the hour minimum for the service plus a free check-up. Both other times I had brought the computer in and it was sitting on his desk with real things to have done and he still educated me on how to do it myself, even giving me parts lists. What a gem. He has twice given me essentially free service and I've been very impressed by his demeanor as well. I'll go back again, even if I do have to pay again. I'll be happy to give him my money next time."
