"It looks like I am in the Andrey fan club. I took my laptop in to see him last Saturday late in the day. To say I was in a panic would be an understatement with a major presentation coming up on Sunday. He straightened me out in 10 minutes or less. He was very friendly and calming and he wouldn't take payment, probably because I am a customer. He also came into our home to trouble shoot our PC. We could not be happier with his professionalism and his results. Yea Andrey!"
