Availability / Business Hours

The best and easiest thing to do is to just Contact Me. For the quickest response: WhatsApp me, Telegram me, or Text me @ (502) 383-3234. This business is my hobby. I work full-time Monday – Friday. Typically, I won’t be available to schedule anything until 5 pm or later on weekdays. I have more flexibility on weekends, but I may have family/Church obligations to work around. I commute from Lexington to Frankfort, so I’m able to service those surrounding areas.

Data Recovery: Did your hard drive die and you need your files recovery?

I own some of the best and most expensive data recovery tools. As long as your hard drive hasn’t sustained major physical damage or hardware failure, I should be able to help.

Tune-ups: Is your computer running slow?

I can tune-up your computer and make it run as fast as it can.

Backups: Do you need to save your files or have your whole computer backed up?

I can backup your files or take a “snapshot image” of your computer.

Data / User Migration: Did you purchase a new computer and need to migrate your files, programs, and settings?

I can migrate your files to another computer and make it look a feel as close as possible to what you’re already used to.

Virus / Malware Removal: Are viruses and pop-ups plaguing your computer?

I can rid your computer of viruses and popups and better secure you computer to minimize it from happening in the future.

Forgot your password? Are you locked out of your computer?

I can help you get back into your locked account and/or backup the files you need to an external hard drive or to another computer. There should be no reason why that computer can’t be wiped and reused (if needed).

MY RATES ARE AFFORDABLE
Most of our remote, pick up and repair, and meet up (briefly) support services are billed at a flat rate. $100 for home PCs and $150 for business PCs.
