What's new for 2013:

- NEW WEBSITE!
We have a new website, what do you think? We hope you like it. It's less "cartoony," a lot brighter, and more "corporatey." Feel free to comment with your feedback.

- NEW COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICE!
We are now offering a monthly maintenance service for buisinesses. We can perform the preventive maintenance remotely or on-site. For more information, call Andrey: 253-234-7080.

- Modest residential rate increase… 
To keep up with the rising costs (of everything!), we have raised the residential in-shop and on-site computer repair rate from $70 to $75 (In-shop repairs have a flat rate and the minimum repair cost is $75 + tax. On-site repairs are $75/hour, with a 2 hour minimum). The business on-site and in-shop repairs rate remains the same, $100  (In-shop repairs have a flat rate and the minimum repair cost is $100 + tax. On-site repairs are $100/hour, with a 2 hour minimum). Below is the updated rate chart:
 

- Parking updates 
Our restaurant neighbors bought and moved to the restaurant across the street. Recently, they opened their old place up as a second restaurant… and they aren't happy with any non-customers parking at any of their two parking lots. Park at your own risk if don't buy anything from there. Below is the updated parking map:

Opening our first computer repair shop has been the most difficult business decision we have made yet. A year has passed since making that decision and we are very glad that we did. In our opinion, Norton is the worst paid antivirus (or free from your internet service provider or bundled with your new PC) that you can run on your computer. Just last week, one of our clients installed Norton on a few of their office computers and they could no longer share files with each other or access their main database. It brought their business to a standstill and they needed an emergency services visit from us. This is just one example of the many problems that we've seen Norton cause. Today they are even in the news… with many more unhappy clients.

Thank you friends for making 2011 an awesome year! It has been is an honor and privilege to be the company that you turn to for your computer needs. Thank you for your trust, business, and referrals. We wish you and your family happiness, health, prosperity, and a blessed 2012! 

We were able to accomplish so much in 2011, thanks to God and the support of our families. Opening our first computer repair shop was no easy feat, but we are so glad that we did. So much has changed (for the better) in our business and personal lives. We are looking forward to 2012 being a great year – but just in case, all of us will stock up on food and ammunition!

While we have no major plans or changes for 2012, we will continue to provide affordable on-site and in-shop computer repair services to the King & Pierce County. We will have a modest rate increase in the beginning of the year to help cover the cost of rising – everything.

Thanks to you all, we have opened a computer repair shop in Kent, WA [503 Central Ave N Kent, WA. 98032]. Now it is our turn to welcome you into our shop, where we will continue to offer affordable computer repair services. We know that we have many great challenges lying ahead, this being our first shop and all… but like with our on-site portion of our business, we mastered it.

We plan to continue offering our on-site computer repair services until we almost "drown" with in-shop computer repairs. When we reach that point, we plan to focus our on-site portion of the business on just on-site emergency repairs.

It is tough being in business during these hard economic times as well as spending money on computer repairs. Please keep us in mind and tell your friends about us if you are happy with our services.
