"A couple of weeks ago i took my dead pc to these guys and Paul explained to me what the problem was and that it would take 24hrs or less to fix it, when i came back my pc was up and running, then he spent more than half hour answering all of my questions in a very friendly and clear way. If you need computer repair i would highly recommend to anyone to come check this guys out, their prices are reasonable and they will not rip you off."

"Need Computer Repair? I highly recommend Emergency PC Services, and I am passing it on to everyone I know. Andrey came to our home on a Sat. to repair & get my belly-up-dead PC back, and trust me, it was not easy. My "hero" was patient, and knew multiple ways to approach the problems, (which were many). Andrey was very pleasant, knowledgeable and shared with my husband & I, in simple terms, where we went wrong, and to how to avoid problems in the future. And then he answered all our questions, clearly. And in less than the 2 hours (the min. for off site svc), so we went on to ask him to look at my husbands old laptop. When he left both computers were working much faster and we know what software to trust, and avoid! Reasonably priced, this is the "good guy" you can trust , and you'll want him to come back next time. I give Andrey 6 Stars because he actually helped me again successfully on phone and did not ask for a cent

To say I was in a panic would be an understatement with a major presentation coming up on Sunday. He straightened me out in 10 minutes or less. "This business is absolutely the most honest, trustworthy and customer friendly business you can find for computer repair and service. I used EPCS a couple of years ago when my hard drive crashed on a weekend. Andrey came out, went and bought another hard drive, spent all day recovering my data and making sure my PC was optimal before he left. I just had a power supply fried by a power outage/power surge and I called him again. He was out on the same day, even though I told him it was not an emergency,. He hooked up a spare power supply and orderd the new one I needed. Came back as soon as it arrived and installed it for me. If there were 10 stars EPCS would get them all. USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR COMPUTER SERVICE NEEDS!!!!"

"These…guys…are…great. Son's computer had a terrible root kit problem. I brought the CPU in, and Paul said it would be ready in 24 hrs and would call first to get my okay if, as a last resort, they had to reformat. He didn't have to call, it was ready in 24 hrs. And when I came to pick it up, he spent 30 minutes explaining what he did and suggested a few tweaks for better performance and did them right then and there. Also suggested a couple free programs for me to check out to keep it running smoothly. Friendly, knowledgeable and VERY VERY reasonable. Hope they are around for a long time. Did I say these guys are great?!!!!! And this is my first review of anything, anywhere, anytime, but I felt compelled to compliment these young men."

"This is one of those Yelp Fantasy's where a need is immediately filled by the magical mobile application at the palm of your hands.
Needed my laptop repaired so I searched nearby and called this place to get their rates. They offer a troubleshooting rate that is under $100 and includes labor to troubleshoot the problem and repair the problem (minus parts) with any labor left up to an hour.
I needed a power cable on the inside of the laptop so they ordered the part and just charged me cost + tax, nice! The work was able to be done within the original troubleshooting allotment so I was able to get my laptop back, fully repaired, for under $100. I won't be going anywhere else to get my computers fixed.

"Excellent service! We have had Andrey work with us on two occasions – one to dramatically improve processing speed and security on a desktop computer, and then again to help us recover a hard drive and migrate to a new PC. I have used the services of other PC repair businesses before, but our experience with Andrey was far better and more cost-effective. I truly appreciate Andrey working efficiently, his accessibility, and his full discussion of options available to address our problems. "Went to Emergency PC Services in desperation after my computer's software was badly screwed up by Renton Laptop. Emergency PC diagnosed a video card, not a software problem, inserted a new card and it's now good to go. They forgot to give me a small part and even drove to my house to return it.

"We needed help with hooking up a PC to a TV set in our house so I could watch Netflix on the big screen. I called to make an appointment and Andrey told me what cable I needed for the connection.
When he came to the house he was professional, friendly and very well mannered.
We were impressed by how well he knew what he was doing. He hooked up everything and gave us all kinds of tips and hints on how to use the PC with the TV.
Since there is a 2 hour limit for house calls, he spent the remaining time tuning up all of our computers (4) and gave us good lessons and tips about certain features and software.
This is a great service and I would recommend them to everyone."

"These guys are great.
When your PC goes upside down and you have exhausted what you know to get back on line, Andrey at Emergency PC Services and his team are the people to call. In my case I have needed them to come to my home office (yes they make house calls) and have them work on computers and peripherals. I have also worked with Andrey via long distance telephone and in one instance we sent a computer to them and they did the repair and sent it back to me.
They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and a remarkably good value. I recommend them highly.

"I once thoght I was pretty computer literate, however, when my laptop started acting up I quickly found myself in need of expert help. I was referred to Andrey at Emergency PC Services. He diagnosed the problem exactly: he told me what was going wrong and what to expect from the computer going forward. He was spot on. It turned out that I didn't want to deal with that old (and cheap) machine any longer, so I went back and Andrey even helped me decide what I needed to look for in my next laptop and then got all of my files transferred over to the new computer. Their customer service is over-the-top great and their prices are extremely reasonable."

"I don't know where to begin… Emergency PC Services saved my computer, thus my life many times. As a student I rely on my computer daily and when emergency arises, I panic. A little secret about myself: I know what to do in a cardiac emergency, but not when my computer is out of order.
PC technician Andrey was always calm, friendly, professional and understanding. In the past he fixed my computer remotely when I was in California and a few times on site at my home. I am very satisfied with the quick turn-around time and the affordable rate. A few months ago they opened a computer repair shop in Kent (YAY!). "My name is Dustin and I recently visited Emergency PC Services which is a computer repair shop located in Kent. My laptop fan stopped working, so I called and a very polite guy named Paul (owner) answered and told me it was a simple fix with a flat rate (which I love). He then said I could bring it in for an in-shop repair or even come to my home and repair it here. I decided to bring it in because they reside right behind Kent Station which is extremely close to me and I had to go run some errands anyway. When I arrived I was greeted by the other owner Andrey. He had me checked in and ready to go in minutes with an approximate time when I could return and retrieve my laptop. I got it back within 2 hours and it has been running cooler than the day I bought it. They also told me they do desktop pcâs as well, and since I own both I will be going back if another problem should arise with either. I even recommended EPCS to my grandma because Iâm tired of her calling overpriced Geek Squad. This is five star service, you won't be disappointed."

"My hard drive fried last week, so I did what any person would do, took it to those guys at Best Buy who shall remain nameless. They tried to charge me $500+ for a data recovery out of state. They also told me that it could cost up to $1600 depending on the damage. Who the hell has that kind of money?! Friend of a friend told me about EPS and low and behold, I have all my data (including all photos of my boys from birth AND my youngest's birth video) on my new laptop, didn't have to send it out of state and only paid $130! Way to go guys. I can't hear myself over the sound of your awesomeness. "

"Over the last year I've hired Andrey several times. I had issues with a laptop screen that needed to be replaced, networking problems, and most recently a graphics card problem. I have chosen to work with Andrey for several reasons…….Andrey responds immediately. If you call or leave a message he will get back to you and within a reasonable time. Andrey is very knowledgeable. He has enough of a grasp of his work that he is able to explain it to the lay person so that it is easy to understand. He is very diligent. Even when the first solution he offered didn't work he kept at it until the problem was solved. Most importantly, he understands old fashioned customer service. He is not going to "nickel and dime" you for every little charge. He is going to be fair with you. Each time he has made suggestions or done work that I hadn't requested but he knew would improve the performance of my computer. After each time he has performed services for me when he's left I've felt that I owed him more than what he charged.
Andrey, thank you for all your work. Thank you for being available by phone when I am panicking about some minor hiccup with my computer. Thank you for being patient and even diagnosing things through photos I've texted you.

"Had a rapidly deteriorating desktop PC running Windows 7 installed as an upgrade to Vista. I'm no computer novice so I tried just about everything I could think of to diagnose the problems before declaring defeat and looking for a professional to help. After doing some research I found Andrey from EPCS. Reasonable, competitive rates and even more important, he could come to my house to provide service. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my system at a service location knowing that I wanted to follow the repair process step by step to be sure what needed to be saved was saved and what needed to be done was done. I knew I'd have to answer questions about how important it would be to preserve this or that archive and this or that application. I didn't want to do that over the phone or sitting in a service location.
Andrey showed up on time at my house at 2PM on Friday afternoon. We discussed the problems I was having and decided to try to solve the problems without a complete re-install of the operating system and software. Long story, short, that didn't work. So after an hour or so, Andrey suggested rebuilding the system from scratch. I agreed.
Again, long story, short, he did a magnificent job. Formatted the hard disk, installed Windows 7, Microsoft Office software, and at least 20 other programs pulled from the internet. Much of it was work I could have done if I had had the courage and been willing to sacrifice still another weekend to troubleshooting, installing, testing, etc. But Andrey was magnificent. His multitasking skills were a wonder to behold; downloading multiple applications, installing and configuring them and linking my Outlook Exchange email application to both my corporate and personal archives. (No mean feat considering that my firm is on the east coast and access to the IT department was impossible on a Friday afternoon.) He accomplished in four hours what would have taken me forty.
The bottom line is that I assumed my desktop system would have to be replaced in the next six months, or so, just to refresh the technology. Now my four year old desktop is nearly as fast as my new quad-core laptop.
All in all, I can't recommend EPCS highly enough. Even if you're like me and consider yourself a pretty knowledgeable computer user who can maintain a system without (much) assistance, Andrey's help is a great investment."

"I own a very busy medispa in Bellevue and we heavily rely on our computers. I called Andrey in a panic because our main computer had a virus and we couldn't run any programs. He calmly showed up within the hour on a Saturday afternoon and got rid of the virus. A few days later our entire computer crashed due errors in the hard drive. Andrey again showed up fixed it all! He went the store for us, got a new hard drive, more memory, and a new power supply. He (again calmly) was able to mirror all the info in my computer and transfer everything to a new drive. Andrey was able to deal with working in a very busy spa, fix the computer problems, and even was personable with my staff and clientele! I've always wondered what I would do if our computer crashed….. Now I know who I'll call. Andrey is now officially the "Computer Guy" at Advanced Skin and Body Solutions. "I am the owner of Butterfield Plumbing, and we have 5 computers and a small file server. I was having issues with 3 of the 5 computers. One was having Blue Screen errors, another would get hung up when shutting down, and we were also having some problems with getting Quickbooks to properly share the company file between two computers. Andrey showed up at our office and waved his magic wand and fixed them all in about an hour and a half. He'd start working on one, while that was stewing, he'd jump on another and get it going on something, then back to the other one, pretty soon all of them were working better than new! I've also called him with another networking problem, he listened to my problem, said "oh, just do x,y and z" it took me all of 30 seconds to implement what he said to do over the phone, and my networking problems were solved!! "Thanks for your excellent service! Before I called you I took my computer to Best Buy (where I bought it). They said that my computer was so infected with viruses that they could not fix it and I would have to buy a new computer. I could not afford this so I called Norton Anti Virus who was supposed to have protected me and asked if they had some way to cleanse it. They said they could, but they only perform these services for people who have their three year warranty at a cost of $409.00 and I would probably loose all of my pictures (thousands) in the process. I was troubled by this and could not afford this either. I then called you……. Your service was excellent! Your price was affordable! You fixed my computer in less than two hours! You saved all of my pictures and my computer runs better and faster than ever. I will highly reccomend your services to all of my friends and family!"

"After moving to a new house I needed assistance setting up my wireless network. I called and scheduled an appointment with Andrey for the following day. Upon arrival he listened to what I wanted to do and explained his solution in terms that were readily understandable to the layperson. He then put the solution in place. While doing so, he encountered a few minor problems including a printer malfunction. Andrey solved each issue that came up, set up the network, and cleaned up my computer. I truly believe the service he provided was above and beyond the relatively minimal fee he charged me. When I have PC difficulties I will certainly be calling again for his services.

In addition to that, however, he found out our other computer wasn't working and asked if he could look at it, too. "Emergency PC Services is an awesome company! My two computers broke a lot of times, to the point where I thought they were un-repairable. I was getting blue screens, I had windows crash on me completely, I had hardware failure, and I had a lot of network problems. There is almost nothing that this company can’t do. "Andrey is a kick ass computer repair person in Seattle! He came to my house, picked up my computer, performed super technical stuff, and had my computer ready the next day! As an entrepreneur every minute my computer is down costs me money! Andrey was sensitive to my requirements and delivered top quality work ahead of schedule and within budget.
Average PC repair guys can wipe your computer and replace your operating system. Andrey is the only one I have encountered who will take the time to recover your hard earned data and not charge you out the wazoo for it.

"Andrey & I were chatting and I mentioned to him that my PC was slow and Andrey asked me if he could access my computer to take a look and fix it. At first that whole thing made me nervous, but he reassured me that everything will be fine and I can kick him out whenever I feel like. So I gave him access and he checked my PC for problems, installed a new anti-virus program (which found a lot of viruses) and just 'did his magic'. Throughout the whole process he let me know what he was doing and what I can do in the future. Andrey is very professional and wonderful at what he does and I can sure call him 'my computer guy' with much confidence! Thanks Andrey! "

"Need Computer worked on, look no further than Andrey, he is intelligent about many facets of the computer and willing to listen to your concerns and what your problem is. He went beyond what we called him for and instructed me how to do other things to make my life with the computer much more compatible as, as a senior …it has not been easy to find one so patient as Andrey is especially that comes to your home. I've hired two other in home computer people who run from spot to spot who left me confused upon leaving and did nothing more than hired for. "I was having problems with my laptop, so I decided to call Emergency PC Services, who I found on Google. I spoke with Andrey who is local and easy to reach. He offered to repair the laptop on-site or pick it up, whatever worked best for me. He was able to find and fix the problems that I was having that were slowing down my computer and causing other strange problems. During the whole process he explained to me what was going on, what he was doing to fix the problems, and never was I made to feel stupid. "I just want to thank Emergency PC Services for their prompt and professional service. My computer crashed and left me with no sound and was moving very slow. Andrey came out on a Sunday within 20min of my call. I had already called Microsoft and they wanted more than 140.00$ just to diagnose the problem. I called Fryes and they wanted 70$ just diagnose the problem and the Geek squad just seemed like they wanted to sell me something when I spoke with them on the phone. In all those cases if there was anything wrong, I could expect around a 200$ bill but they wouldn't even commit to that. Because it was Sunday and I needed it done now, I happen to find Emergency PC Services 24/7 Phone #. Andrey was very honest and gave me a fair price 100$ for 4 hours and not only fixed it well before that time, he tuned up my computer and got me 5 new programs that I desperately needed. If you find yourself in a situation with your computer and are sick of the high cost of the the "diagnosis" plus what it costs to fix the problem, I highly recommend Emergency PC Services. "I had a great experience using Emergency PC Services. Andrey R. was great !! I called up and explained to him what kinds of problems I was having with my pc. He came across as very knowledgeable and friendly, he did not not make me feel stupid because I don't know everything there is to know about computers.(Like some …other places I called). I loved the fact that he came to my house picked up my computer tower and within a few hours called me to let me know what was going on. Andrey was very upfront about the $$$, which is something I was worried about didn't want to be taken advantage of. He communicated with me every step of the way.
